Time exists in its effects — both in the consequence of its passing as well as the way it influences matter; living or dead. The clock was invented when time was noticed in an artificial space created by man. It orders the passing of time and assures the good going of things.

True to the law of physics, the constant motion of objects in time and space are relative, and to epitomize time into something tangible can be ambivalent, often warped and skewed accordingly due to the subjective nature of perception, changing in structure and definition depending on the individual.

Pushing past the ordinary and explore the subject of time in novel ways, the chosen approach is to create visual representations that define moments in quotients of ten. Through various prototypes, an experimentation with elements of time and the senses tries to birth a visual representation of a workflow or creative process.

This is a journal for one to document time without a digital representation of the clock. One would be able to create visual representations of ten moments through instructional manuals. These visual representations are created with the idea of using different elements of the human senses (e.g. sound/sight). Carry this journal everywhere, creating visualizations of the environment around you, capturing little memorable moments, documenting memory.

Included are materials for individualized artistic expression of these visual representations, together with a journal to mark down the creative process, allowing the user to measure time through projects and datelines.
